Bamboo carbon fiber is a kind of fiber product made by adding nano bamboo carbon powder into viscose solution through special process and spun with spinning technique similar to conventional one.
Characteristics of Fabric:
Negative ion generator: in academic circles, negative ion is called “vitamin in the air” or “longevity element”; bamboo carbon fiber has negative ion emission of 2600 pcs/cm3 and health care functions for human body including cells activation, blood purification, fatigue relief, vegetative nervous system stabilization and allergic constitution improvement, etc. 82% negative ions can be absorbed via skin, so it is undoubtedly an excellent way to exert health effect of negative ions by making textile products with bamboo carbon fiber.  
Air purifier: extremely strong absorption and deodorization functions: honeycomb cellular structure throughout the inside and outside of bamboo carbon fiber contributes to the function of strong absorption and deodorization for chemical gases such as peculiar smell of human body, oil fume smell, formaldehyde, benzene and ammonia. Antibacterial and mold-proof function: the fabric is made of 100% bamboo carbon fiber. According to the inspection of Anti-bacterial Technology Physical Testing Center of Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of CAS and Zhejiang Institute of Microbe Research, its anti-bacterial effect has reached to AAA level of F2/T73023-2006 international standard for antibacterial knitted products. According to the inspection of Zhejiang Institute of Microbe Research, it has a mold-proof level of level 1 within 14 days.

Introduction of kapok fiber:
Kapok is natural vegetable based fiber obtained from the seed capsules of trees grown in Java, Sumatra, and central America. The fiber is also known as silk cotton because of its natural luster similar to that of pure silk.
