Recently our company appearance the following phenomenon:
1.emphasize the cost saving,encourage us to save electricity,save water,save office supplies.
2.plus pressure to staffs ,the manager samely imply us "if we don't work hard ,we have to find a new job"
3.many workmates promoted,though the environment is serious ,sometime we have a little pleasantly surprise .for example ,if you performance good ,you will be optioned to be the excellent staff or promote to a higher class.
I think our manager's manage way is effective,I will adapt the environment!
