Diligent is the critical element of success,dilligent reflects an attitude of aggressive ,everyone can be diligent ,which can make up of our deficiencies and to be more powerful.
In my view ,diligent can divided into two form,one is hand diligent ,the other is brain diligent ,the order of diligent ,I think :
first is brain diligent------to find the law of things
second is hand diligent-------put your idea into practice
third is brain diligent-------- summary your practice experience
the fourth is hand diligent---------keeping your good aspect ,removal the bad aspect
the last is repeat the above four steps.
Related to our company ,my view is "you gain what you sow".the manager first need brain diligent to think out the good system ,then needs hand diligent to let the system effective.
